Once the victim is selected, one of them gets out the car and another sits behind the wheel of one of the vehicles pictured below. Meanwhile the first one takes advantage of the distracted victim, and takes the victim’s purse. 2. Another: One wheel of the victim’s car is deflated and they follow them until the car stops. The criminals then offer assistance, and by distraction, remove bags from the car. If you see these vehicles, please notify the Police immediately
